SPEECH FINALS

On Friday five year 7 students presented there speeches. They talked about all sorts of things- Amber tried to convince us about the problems with people killing Whales , others talking about hunting and even how to cook chocolate rough.

Amber was the winner

Later in the year Amber will be representing the school in the year 7 speech finals held out at Gladstone school.

 

YEAR 8 SPEECHES

The year 8s will be presenting there speeches this coming Friday the best of luck to them

 

CROSS COUNTRY

On Wednesday 15th MIS had some selected students who went to Rathkeale to compete with the other schools. Over all MIS did out standing, gaining 3 first places and in total 17 runners making the cut to go to Regionals in early July. This is the most we have had for a long time. Congratulations to all that competed.
