Welcome to Room 7

Welcome to Room 7, and a busy start to the year.

We are already into Week 5. Gosh where has it all gone.

The children have settled well into the routines of our class and everyone seems to be getting along with what is needed here.

Unfortunately our non- stop cricket teams were unable to advance us any further than the first round. oh well, there will be something else later in the year that we can go for. Harriers is coming up so hoefully we have achance at that. At least we did not receive the wooden spoon for the competition.


Some of you would have heard that I have received a scholarship to go to Japan in the next school holidays for 2 weeks to learn to speak, write and teach Japanese. An exciting time and experiance to be had. And hopefully some fantastic ideas to come back to and show the children.

Thank you to the parents who came to the "Meet the Teacher " evening. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of you in week 8 when we have scheduled Parent/teacher/child interviews , which I aim to complete 100%.
