Term 2 - What's happening...

Hello and welcome back to Term 2 in Room 4.  

We have another busy term ahead - in and outside of the classroom.

 

This term, we are asking ourselves - "What makes us wonder?", closely looking at the Wonders of the World.  We wil inquire about a "Wonder" of interest and share our findings with the rest of the syndicate at the end of the term. 

We will continue to focus on our comprehension strategies in Reading.  This will help us to make more sense of the text we read.

In the beginning of the term, we will be writing, praticing and performing our Persuasive Speeches to our peers.  After these are completed we will be looking at Report Writing.

Maths will be slightly different this term as we will be grouping across the syndicate.  Our focus will be Addition and Subtraction.

We will be off to new Options and Technicraft subjects this term - learning and experiencing a whole new variety of things.
