Room 3 Persuasive Writing

This term Room 3 learnt about persuasive writing.

Here is a letter to Mr Kerr about why he should choose us to be in his class.

I believe I am the most wonderful person to be in room 3 because of the following reasons:

I am gifted at sports. I can hit the ball extremly hard and I can catch. I play excellent in a team and show superb sportsmanship. I help others in the team who are not as good as me. Others might not be gifted at sport but I can make them better. I also play a musical instrument so I can do a brilliant performance for the class. I can play a variety of songs. I am a quiet person who has friends and i have a good sense of humour. My friends believe that I am easy to be around because I am easy to talk to.

I want to try some new things at MIS. I want to do some new and exciting sports at MIS. I want to play new instruments as well, and I want to do amazing new things. I will be the most fantastic person to be in your class. I promise that I would never get my name on the board. I will help others when they do irresponsible things. I wear my uniform with pride. I reckon I would be fabulous in room 3.
