Room 13's New Councillors

We have new councillors in Room 13 they are Jacob and Chelsea. Here are their speeches :

Hello my name is Chelsea. I am 12 years old. I would like to be student council for room 13 because i listen to and follow instructions. I am kind and considerate to others. If i got student council, i would share your thoughts and ideas with Mrs Mason and the Teachers also with the other student councils from other classes. I would help organize sports and fun activities for our class, and help make the school a better place. I also am not shy and love to read and share information in front of  an audience, and every day I enjoy coming to school and learning different things. Since last year as a Year 7 I have always wanted to be the student councilor for my class. Now being a Year 8 and having the opportunity to be a student councilor. I would love it if I got the job with all the responsibilities and things I am wanted for it would be awesome if i got it.

Hi my name is Jacob and I would like to be your class councillor for 2012. I will listen to ideas that you have then if I think they are possible I will put them forward at council meetings. I already have some ideas such as pants as part of the uniform and a set area to scooter and skateboard at morning teas and lunchtimes. I would also like to make P.E gear more available at morning teas and lunchtimes. I am good at public speaking which will help with assemblies. So please vote for me.
