Netball
On Wednesday August 11th MIS hosted the Supersport Netball at the Columbo Road courts. The weather was good and the day was a success. MIS had both a Year 7 and Year 8 team in the compotition and at the end of the say the Year 7's finished 3rd.
The Year team is Jayci, Te Rina, Izzie, Dana, Amie, Jordyn, Tzarina, Levi and Joana coached by Amanda Steensen
Year 8 team is Maddie, De'Sharna,Tanisha, Sarah, Yvonna, Taylah, Matariki, Quiennie, and Tia coached by Stephanie Bunny.
The netball season is drawing a close. The Year 7A, Year 8A and 8B had their last games on saturday with a prize-giving commencing at 11.00 at the Columbo Road courts. All teams have had a successful and enjoyable season.
