2010 Interschool Adventure Race

Intermediate Adventure Race Room 8's version

On Tuesday 27th July M.I.S had 6 teams competing in the Interschool Adventure Race which was held on a farm near Wainuioru. To complete the Adventure Race all the teams that were competing had to do a bike ride, a run and 4 mystery activities while always collecting check points.  M.I.S did really well with 2 teams coming in the top 3.  M.I.S Gold who came in second and M.I.S Silver coming third. Room 8 were represented well, with Bridget being in the second placed team, and the third placed team consisting of Liam H, Joshua and Brad - all from Room 8. It was a great day and also hard work.

What we especially enjoyed:

Bridget: The archery.

Brad: The mystery activities

Joshua: The mountain biking was cool.

Liam: The archery. "I did hit the bail though!"
